Return Policy, Limited Right of Return & Damaged Shipment Instructions

1. General

This Return Policy applies to products purchased from the online store of Omply Hardware Oy (Business ID: 3568962-9).

This policy outlines:

Omply Hardware Oy reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws, unless the product is subject to return restrictions due to hygiene, safety, or the nature of the product itself.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the product.

Business customers do not have an automatic right of return unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

3. Limited Return Eligibility

Certain products sold by Omply Hardware Oy are classified as hygiene or health related products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, these products are not eligible for return if:

  • the packaging has been opened
  • a seal or hygiene protection has been broken
  • the product has been used

Any product specific return restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page in the online store.

Digital products, software licenses, and activated services may also be non refundable.

 

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • clean
  • returned in their original packaging
  • returned with all accessories and instructions included

Omply Hardware reserves the right to:

  • reject a return
  • apply a deduction for diminished value
  • return the product back to the customer

if the return conditions are not met.

 

5. How to Make a Return

Before returning a product, the customer must contact Omply Hardware Oy customer support. Email: support@omply.com

The return request should include:

  1. full name
  2. order number
  3. contact information
  4. product being returned
  5. reason for the return

Products must be carefully packed in the original packaging before shipment.

Omply Hardware is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging during return shipping.

 

6. Return Address

All returns are processed in Kajaani, Finland. Our customer support team will provide the exact return address once the return request has been reviewed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

7. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Omply Hardware reserves the right to withhold the refund until:

  • the returned product has been received
  • the condition of the product has been verified

Any original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

 

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the delivered product is:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • incorrect
  • incomplete

the customer should contact customer support as soon as possible.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • photos of the product
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos showing the issue
  • order number
  • a more detailed description of the problem

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Omply Hardware reserves the right to:

  • repair the product
  • replace the product
  • issue a full or partial refund

 

9. Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

If the shipment has been damaged during transport:

  1. take photos of the package and product
  2. keep all packaging materials
  3. report the damage to Omply Hardware Oy without delay
  4. if possible, note the damage with the shipping carrier upon delivery

Photos should clearly show:

  • the outer packaging
  • dents, tears, or visible shipping damage
  • damage to the product
  • the shipping label
  • the inner packaging

Damage claims should include:

  1. order number
  2. customer contact information
  3. description of the damage
  4. supporting photos

Please do not discard:

  • the product
  • packaging materials
  • shipping boxes

until the matter has been fully resolved.

Omply Hardware handles shipping damage claims on a case by case basis together with the shipping carrier.
